Eduardo Rivera is a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter (Lauren Ruth Ward, Oddnesse), composer, and producer (Alicia Blue) who currently resides in Los Angeles. Before moving to California, he was the singer and guitarist of Paperhaus, who received acclaim from publications such as NPR, Rolling Stone, and Stereogum.
In 2017, Eduardo completed a post-graduate certificate for film scoring at UCLA. Following the completion of his film-scoring program, he scored the critically acclaimed documentary, “Sea Gypsies: The Far Side of the World” (Amazon Prime).
In addition to composing music for feature documentaries, Eduardo is the guitarist of Lauren Ruth Ward. The pair released their debut album, “Well, Hell” under Weekday Records in February of 2018 and independently released their second studio album, “Vol. II”, in March of 2020.
Music that Eduardo has produced and written can be found on television shows such as “The Rookie” (ABC) and “Trinkets” (Netflix).
With his diverse musical background and formal training, Eduardo is able to draw from an array of artists before him, while still maintaining an aesthetic distinctly his own.
