Joey Alkes & Chris Fradkin

Joey Alkes and Chris Fradkin are a songwriting team from Los Angeles.

The duo are responsible for co-writing some of power pop’s best-known and most enduring songs of the ’70s and ’80s, including Paul Collins Beat’s “All Over the World,” Phil Seymour’s “Talk to Me” and the Plimsouls’ “Hypnotized.”

In addition to songwriting, Alkes now resides in Pasadena where he manages recording artists, and Fradkin is a lecturer at the University of California, Merced.
